We are considered “essential” as it relates to Wisconsin’s “Safer at Home” order. We have adjusted to meet the needs of our clients and are grateful for the opportunity. Phone in orders and curbside pick up are routine for most every business now. We sure do miss the visits from you and your pets but we are optimistic that we will all be able to engage again soon.
You may or may not know that pet grooming was deemed “nonessential”, much to our dismay. Grooming is health & hygiene in our opinion, but we were unable to convince the decision makers. We will get caught up with all of those we’ve had to postpone. We appreciate your patience and for your DIY efforts to keep your pets bathed, brushed & even trimmed if you have the skills and tools!
In the meantime, we send our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of this local, small business. As we enter our 25th year, this is possibly one of the most challenging we’ve ever faced. We are here, ready to answer your questions, concerns, and to shop for you if necessary!
